Processing Time:

We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 48 hours.

Tracking your order:

All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email after the order has been shipped.

Estimated shipping time is 5-15 Business Days. Some orders are shipped within 5 days.

Lost / Stolen package:

• We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse.
• If there is a tracking #, then the order has been put on a skid and has left our building
• If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim.

My order hasn’t arrived:

If you haven’t received your order within 35 business days, contact us and well refund you for the full amount.

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & NEW. Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a email with tracking number will automatically provided.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Please make sure to check the size chart before purchasing a product To exchange your product, you should email us at christcreationsshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivered package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
